I found this site and found the survey question responses very interesting (as well as how they were presented using Wordle).

Answers to these five write in questions http://milesberry.net/?p=476

Give examples of things you have learnt using technology that are not related to school work.
What is your favourite thing you do with technology at home?
What is your favourite thing you do with technology at school?
How could ICT at school be made more like ICT at home?
Which blocked websites do you think you should be able to access at school?

The survey questions can be found here.  http://terry-freedman.org.uk/db/polls/index.html
